We will check in and ground in the present moment once we nourish our bodies with delicious & fresh appetizers. Then, get to know Griselda, of MadGris, an expert in the collaging world. She will help take your collaging skills from novice to vibrant & vivacious! Of course, we will bring the games & intentional conversation starters for folx to get to know one another. Finally, we will finish our practice with a simple closing ritual.
